What To Do

  1. Fill out the KOKOPELLI Return Authorization (KORA) Form below. P.S. Photos and Notes can really help speed things up!
  2. IF you purchased directly from KOKOPELLI within the last 60 Days, please fill out the following form in addition to the KORA Form (mentioned above): Kokopelli Returns Center  
  3. Once the KORA Form is complete, we will reach out via e-mail within 1-2 business days


We'll send you the label after the KORA form has been completed and we have evaluated the case.

Please note that International, Alaska (AK), and Hawaii (HI) may incur additional Shipping & Handling charges. 

Return for Repair or Custom Work

We offer a variety of Custom Work and Repair services for purchase (SEE ALL SERVICES HERE). For any Custom Work (or Repairs not covered by Warranty) you will be required to purchase a service before a shipping label will be provided. 


  • Peak-Season (March - October): 3-6 Weeks (upon receiving boat)
  • Off-Season (November - February): 2-4 Weeks (upon receiving boat) 

Cleaning & Packing

  • Boat: Please make sure to clean and dry your boat thoroughly before sending it back.
  • Accessories: Please do not include anything that does not need to be fixed.
