Free Shipping

Orders over $500 within the United States and Canada receive FREE Standard shipping*. 

*Free Shipping offered only to the lower 48 states on our Moki Series Kayaks - unfortunately we are unable to ship these boats to Alaska and Hawaii due to the dimensions and overall shipping weight for these products. All other boats models will ship Free Standard service to all 50 US states.

Timeline

We ship Monday - Friday (excluding all major US holidays) from our Longmont HQ.

  • Orders placed BEFORE 10:00am MST, Monday - Friday: Ship Same Day
  • Orders placed AFTER 10:00am MST Monday - Friday, on Saturday-Sunday, or on a US Holiday: Ship Next Business Day

Order Splitting

  • Mixed Order (In-Stock + Pre-Order / Back-Order Items): Any order containing a boat and/or in-stock accessories plus an out-of-stock product will be delayed until the in-stock item is available unless the customer places two separate orders.

Back-Orders

We will notify you immediately if we find that a product that was listed as available was in fact out-of-stock.

Moki Kayak Shipments

Unfortunately at this moment. we are unable to ship the Moki Kayak series product to any locations outside of the US - Lower 48 states - which does exclude Alaska and Hawaii.  This is due to the dimensions and overall shipping weight for these products.  We will continue to monitor and negotiate shipping rates from our partners to accommodate the shipment of these products in the future.
