30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Kokopelli Outdoor, Inc. products are subject to a 10% restocking fee within 30 days of delivery on all purchases unless otherwise posted as a “no return” or “final” sale*. This Return Policy only applies if the product has never been used.

Any product returned that is deemed to have been used will result a 50% restocking fee.

If this product is returned to Kokopelli Outdoor, Inc. or the authorized dealer from which it was purchased, a return authorization # must be obtained, the product must be insured during shipment, with the insurance and shipping charges prepaid by the Buyer. If this product is returned uninsured, the Buyer assumes all risks of loss or damage during shipment.

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA#):
    • All returns must be authorized to be returned
    • To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA #), please complete and submit the Return Form
    • Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and on a copy of the original packing slip which should be packed inside the box
    • We will refuse and reject all returned packages if there is no Return Authorization Number marked outside of the box
  • Product(s) should be:
    • Returned within 30 days from delivery date
    • In new and sellable condition, in original packaging with all printed materials, parts and accessories
    • All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete
  • Restocking Fee:
    • All authorized returned items in new condition are subject to a 10% restocking fee
    • All authorized returned items in used condition are subject to a 50% restocking fee
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Range from $15 for Accessories to $50 for packrafts and inflatable kayaks
    • Shipping charges are refunded only when the wrong product was shipped or product was defective upon arrival
  • Refund Method & Timeline:
    • Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged
    • We will issue a refund within 7-10 business days of receiving, inspecting, and processing your return 
    • Credit card refunds can take up to 30 days to show up on your statement
  • *Sale Items & Special/Custom Orders:
    • No returns can be made on clearance sale items and special/custom orders; these are considered final sales.
