Shipping

All orders ship at a flat rate of $14.99. This flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders, regardless of size or destination, unless otherwise noted at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed prior to order confirmation.

All orders shipping to PO Boxes or Alaska via USPS can take an extra 5-10 days due to delays with the US Postal Service. If you only have a PO Box, we recommend shipping to your work, friends or family or a UPS store to ensure a faster delivery.

International Shipping

At this time we have stopped shipping internationally. We had several issues with customs and duties, lost packages, and return to sender packages. We are working on reestablishing international shipping with a timeframe of December 2026. In the meantime we have several international retailers that can be found on our Dealer Locator. 

Timeline

We ship Monday - Friday (excluding all major US holidays).

• All orders ship in 1-2 business days.

Back-Orders

We will notify you immediately if we find that a product that was listed as available was in fact out-of-stock. We are unable to do pre orders or back orders, if you ordered an item that is out of stock we will refund you for the item.
